■星空カレンダー
1/1の初日の出は東京で6:50です。富士山山頂では6:42です。富士山は標高が高く地平線が下がるため、若干早く太陽が観測できます。
1/4 しぶんぎ座流星群が極大となります。1時間に10個程度の星が流れますが、月も下弦なのであまり条件は良くありません。
1/6は小寒です。24節気の一つで一年で最も寒い季節の始まりを表し、1/20には大寒を迎えます。
■惑星はいつどの方角に見える
水星:日の出前の南東の空。12日に西方最大離角となり見つけやすくなります。
金星:日の出前の南東の空に見えます。
火星:見かけの位置が太陽に近く見えません。
木星:宵の南から南西の空に見えます。
土星:宵の南西の低空に見えます。
